SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RECEIPT POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders received and successfully confirmed in our system by 11:00 a.m. (local Portuguese time) on a business day may, where operationally possible, be processed and dispatched on the same business day, provided that:

• the order is eligible for shipment within mainland Portugal;

• payment has been successfully confirmed;

• the products are available for immediate dispatch;

• the delivery information provided by the Customer is complete and accurate; and

• the Customer accepts and pays the applicable delivery and distribution costs where delivery is requested instead of collection at an available collection point.

Orders received after 11:00 a.m., on weekends or on public holidays will generally be processed on the following business day.

The above processing times are estimated operational targets and not guaranteed delivery deadlines, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

MCCM Medical Cosmetics reserves the right to adjust dispatch times where circumstances outside its reasonable control affect order processing or product availability.

2. Dispatch and Tracking

For shipments dispatched by MCCM Medical Cosmetics, the Customer will normally receive a tracking number or other shipment reference, where such information is made available by the carrier.

The tracking information allows the Customer to monitor the progress of the shipment through the relevant carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are primarily dependent on the carrier, destination, customs procedures and other circumstances outside MCCM's direct control.

For deliveries within mainland Portugal, the estimated delivery period is generally 24 to 72 business hours from dispatch, subject to carrier availability and operational conditions.

This timeframe is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery period.

3. Delivery Charges

Applicable delivery and distribution costs will be displayed during the checkout process whenever the relevant delivery service and destination are supported.

Delivery charges may vary according to factors including:

• destination;

• order weight and dimensions;

• delivery method;

• carrier;

• service level;

• collection point or home delivery; and

• other logistical circumstances.

The Customer will have the opportunity to review applicable delivery charges before completing the order.

For orders with a value of €50 or less, an additional transport or delivery-area surcharge may apply depending on the destination and the carrier's applicable conditions.

Where such surcharge is applicable, it may be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the Customer before dispatch, where reasonably possible.

4. Customer Responsibility for Delivery and Receipt

The Customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and operational delivery information at the time of placing the order.

This includes, where applicable:

• full delivery address;

• postal code;

• city and country;

• telephone number;

• email address;

• company or clinic name;

• recipient name; and

• any information reasonably necessary for successful delivery.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment can be received at the delivery address and that an authorised person is available to receive it where required.

MCCM Medical Cosmetics should not be held responsible for delivery.
