For orders received in the system until 11 am on the day of issue by the customer, we will process the shipment on the corresponding day, whenever:
The expedition is in national territoryThe customer accepts the associated distribution costs in lieu of collection at the collection point
On any orders shipped by us, we will guarantee a tracking number that will allow the customer to track their order. From the dispatch of our warehouses, the distribution in the national territory can take place between 24 to 72 working hours.
Distribution costs will be charged to our portal via a business partner and the customer will be able to view the cost associated with delivery at checkout.
For orders equal to or less than €50, there may be an additional cost for transport through the delivery area.

You must contact email@example.com and document the reason for the return, the MCCM quality team will carry out the respective evaluation.
Products must be intact in their original packaging and must not have been opened. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
