Topical use. 

Apply a small amount to damp skin morning and/or night. Gently massage into the desired areas for 30 to 60 seconds. Then, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Gently pat dry with a cleanse, dry towel. Finally, continue with your skincare routine. Avoid the eye area.
