Routine step - Apply the Cleansing Milk on the hands and then gently massage with circular movements all over the face, neck and décolleté; Then rinse with cold water; Apply the Facial Tonic with cotton pads, sliding gently all over the face, neck and décolleté. Recommended to use in the morning and evening. Used with all MCCM Facial Products.
